Actor Noel Clarke has been charged with sexual offences including sexual assault, voyeurism and exposure.The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) authorised the Metropolitan Police to charge the Doctor Who and Kidulthood star on Wednesday.Clarke, 50, from Kensington, west London, was charged with two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism and one charge of exposure.
