The first foldable iPhone is finally here, and following its announcement, we got the chance to try the phone for ourselves. We’ve long been told that Apple would make a foldable iPhone once the tech was good enough — has it been worth the wait?It definitely feels like something different. The inner screen has a decidedly matte finish that handled even some glare from the windows above the hands-on area well. Movies and shows have transformed how people think about mental health, addiction, sexuality, and countless other topics once considered too private for the big screen. But when it comes to one of the most common parts of our daily lives—living with illness—many of today’s most prevalent chronic diseases are still largely missing from popular entertainment. For the millions of people living with a health condition, or caring for someone who is, on-screen portrayals matter much more than viewers realize. Authentic representation of illness can influence awareness, chip away at…
This was the summer of the Great Untuck. The long hot summer of 2026 finally taught me to do what fashion has been nagging me about for years, which is to quit tucking in my shirts and T-shirts. To stop assuming that the top half of an outfit must be neatly cinched by the waistband of the skirt or trousers. It wasn’t a style epiphany, to be fair. It was just too hot to do anything else. An extended run of hot weather at home changes how you dress. In the old-school type of British heatwave, which lasted about half a…

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE reduced its total secured debt by $570m during the first half of the year, leveraging increased output and sales to bolster its balance sheet ahead of a landmark initial public offering (IPO). This represents a significant turnaround from the $282.1m loss recorded during the same period last year.
