Nigerian adult film actress Gray Africana has opened up about the criticism she receives because of her career, stating that many people often forget that she is human and capable of experiencing love and emotions.
The actress shared her thoughts during a recent appearance on Out of the Box Podcast, where she reflected on relationships, heartbreak and the challenges of being judged based on her profession.
Gray Africana revealed that despite the public perception surrounding her, she desires a genuine relationship and hopes to share the love she has within her heart with the right person.
“I just want to love someone, like I really want to give all the love I have in my heart. I have a lot of love to give out. But I don’t want to be heartbroken. That’s why I’m trying to be mindful of who I want to love.”
Speaking about the reactions she receives from people, the actress said some individuals struggle to see beyond her career and acknowledge her humanity.
“The world is just so crazy. People don’t understand the power of love. People just think because you do what you do, you’re not a human being.”
She added that the criticism directed at her can be overwhelming, noting that people often form opinions without understanding her personal experiences. “The way they criticise me is so much, like, it’s so much and it’s crazy.”
