Two weeks into Bon Joviâs latest tour, the band had to reschedule a stop after Jon Bon Jovi had to end the show early.
During Thursdayâs Madison Square Garden show, the frontman performed through vocal issues before pulling the plug early, telling the audience that he plans to reschedule the show at the famed New York City venue.
âIâm sorry, Iâm hurt and youâre not getting the best of me,â he said in videos posted online from the concert.
âDonât throw away your ticket stubs, Iâm gonna figure something out, OK? Just hold onto it, weâll figure out how to reschedule,â added Bon Jovi. âBut Iâm gonna have to cool it for the night.â
The lead singer previously underwent reconstructive surgery on his vocal cords in 2022 after issues with his voice since 2015, which he opened up about in the Hulu docuseries Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story.
After kicking off the Bon Jovi Forever Tour on July 7, the band is set to continue on Sunday at MSG before heading to the U.K. next month.
