Even the staunchest Drake hater can probably name at least one song that does it for them. The Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise (CPPE) has urged the federal government and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to overhaul the country’s development finance framework, warning that Nigeria’s productive sectors face a financing shortfall of more than N50 trillion. In a policy brief released on Sunday and signed by CPPE’s CEO, Muda Yusuf, the advocacy group argued that the country’s current financial system cannot provide the affordable, long-term funding needed by manufacturers, farmers, agribusinesses, exporters, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). CBN had earlier curtailed its development finance interventions to concentrate on its primary mandate of…
Most of your time in Beast of Reincarnation is spent collecting last words. You cross paths with robots lying on the ground, who muster whatever energy they have left to provide guidance. These interactions are fleeting. Attempt to talk to them a second time, and protagonist Emma makes their fates painfully clear: “They’ve already passed on.”The latest detour by Game Freak, the studio best known as the primary developer of Pokémon games, is an action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic Japan. Taking cues from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and NieR: Automata, you wield the sword of…

CBS has given a pilot order to a comedy series titled “Hilda! (In Lights!)” about an elderly woman who moves to New York City to pursue her Broadway dreams. Three scripts for the single-camera project, from writer and executive producer Abbey Caldwell, were announced as being in development at the studio in April.
