The Taraba State Government has dissolved all existing committees and task forces set up to combat illegal mining across the state. The Secretary to the Government of the State (SGS), Gebon Kataps, announced the decision in a statement issued on Saturday. Mr Kataps said a new team has been constituted to intensify enforcement against unauthorised mining activities in the state.
