The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) says 26 persons have been rescued, while eight persons, including a baby girl, have died following the collapse of a three-storey shopping complex in the Alakija area of Lagos. The Rural Electrification Agency (REA) says it commissioned a 505-kilowatt peak (kWp) interconnected solar mini-grid project to provide reliable and sustainable electricity to five communities in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State.
