Bonnie Tyler, the Welsh singer whose raspy voice turned Total Eclipse of the Heart into one of the most unforgettable power ballads of the 1980s, has died at the age of 75. Her family confirmed that the singer passed away unexpectedly in a hospital in Portugal, where she had been receiving treatment for an illness.
