A jury has found Duane “Keffe D” Davis guilty of orchestrating the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. After a day of closing arguments, Davis was found guilty of murder with the use of a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang, according to ABC News. Davis, 63, faces a maximum of life in prison. The jury deliberated for roughly three hours after a weeks-long trial in Las Vegas. The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has announced a special passport intervention exercise for Nigerians living in the United Kingdom. The exercise will allow Nigerians residing in the UK to access passport services at specific locations over a period of time. Nigeria’s economy grew by 4.43 per cent year-on-year in real terms in the second quarter of 2026, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The latest growth rate is higher than the 4.23 per cent recorded in the corresponding quarter of 2025 and represents an improvement from the 3.89 per cent recorded in the first quarter of 2026. The NBS disclosed this in its Gross Domestic Product Report for the second quarter of 2026, released on Monday.
