Since the advent of the internet, there has been a dedicated digital art community that’s all about creating through computing. Wacom, a Japanese company founded in 1983, is considered one of the longstanding leaders in this sector. One of the oldest producers of graphics tablets in the world, Wacom has spent the last few years iterating on its MovinkPad series — a specialized Android tablet that creators can use to spin up digital art at the click of a button or the swipe of a stylus. I’m not a professional artist, or even a hobbyist. But I am a tech…

Something wicked this way comes — a Ryan Murphy show that wants to be narratively enticing, chock-full of thrilling newcomers, and grippy in a way that feels almost illegal. Here we go again.  A writer, producer, and director, Murphy is an industry giant, the visionary behind some of the biggest television series of the 21st century. Since 1999, Murphy has had a hand in crafting — often as the sole creator — at least 30 scripted series, from the salacious medical drama Nip/Tuck and the hypersexual high-school drama Glee to the melodramatic network procedural 9-1-1 and the genre-bending anthology franchise American Story…

The enduring strength of MNI versus MNIPR in NIPSS lies not in its recounting of institutional disagreements but in its demonstration that resilience can transform disappointment into lasting contribution… The closing reflection captures this beautifully: “Institutions may grant opportunities, but they do not own ideas. Once knowledge becomes a mission, it acquires a life of its own. No withdrawal letter can take that away.”.. That single sentence summarises not only Chapter Nine but also the relationship between the memoir and its companion volume on artificial intelligence. When I received copies of MNI versus MNIPR in NIPSS: Tackling Institutional Bullying and…

Ultimately, federalism succeeds not merely because power is decentralised, but because authority, incentives and capability are deliberately aligned to make productivity the basis of political success. When states compete to build institutions, attract investment, develop people and expand their productive frontiers, rivalry becomes developmental. It is through that alignment, not constitutional perfection, that productive capabilities are built, locational comparative advantages emerge and sustainable development becomes possible. Productive Federalism Productive federalism is not a race to duplicate identical industrial parks, airports, universities or government-owned enterprises. While such investments are not inherently negative, the use of scarce resources requires a more strategic…
